# Fees

## Base Fees

Scape uses the HIP-3 standard fee schedule:

| Side  | Rate   |
| ----- | ------ |
| Maker | 0.030% |
| Taker | 0.090% |

Fees are split **50/50** between the Hyperliquid protocol and the Scape deployer.

Fee tiers are based on rolling volume and assessed in UTC; Hyperliquid staking discounts apply.

## Market-Maker Rebates

Scape operates a separate market-maker program that returns a share of the deployer's taker
fee to qualifying makers, with tiers on rolling 30-day volume and an uptime requirement. Fills
during off-hours windows earn a rebate multiplier, since that is when price discovery has the
least reference signal.
